PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

1.    The mono-directional wheels for beds are made of anti-trace rubber, provided with brake and with a sturdy support for the coupler to the bed structure. They are reliable and safe as all our components.

2.    We are a service company:
We meet every particular need producing bespoken wardrobes, bookcases and desks. Our technical department is always at disposal to solve any problem with precious suggestions.

3.    All the beds are available in the finishings: melamine wood, lacquered and covered with removable fabric.
For the 4 different widths of the beds we use mattresses of cm. 80-90-100-120, combined with 4 bases: fixed net of bed, two storage units (19 cm and 28 cm high), bases for the wheeled storage units or the second bed. Headboards, footboards and backs come in three different heights.

4.    The system of beds and desktops with freestanding structure is equipped with sturdy adjustable shelves, CD-holder and adjustable light.

5.    The desks, which tops are available in different finishings, feature supporting structures with wheels for their movement: the space is so only occupied only when it is necessary.

6.    For the lacquered parts we use anti-scratch lightproof and non-toxic paints, .


COMPONENTS AND SAFETY

1.    For the junction between bases and sides we use mechanical bushes and pins. Besides an excellent seal, they allow a lot of assemblies and disassemblies keeping always the structure stable.

2.    The supports for shelves are equipped with an anti-unhooking block, so that the shelves can be charged without any problems of warping or involuntary unhooking.

3.    The little adjustable feet assembled on all the sides, allow to line up the supporting bases, thus compensating the differences in height of the floor.

4.    The hinges (up to 6 for each door, according to the height) feature micrometric adjustments on three axes for a perfect alignment of the closed doors; they are equipped with the shock-resistant mechanism (decelerated hinges) that allows the door to softly close.

5.    The hanger rods are made of ribbed aluminium; the numbers of the supports is proportional to the length (for the 140 cm hanger rod there are 3 supports).

6.    The drawers (backs 14 mm. – bottom 8 mm.) have a capacity of 30 Kg. and are equipped with the new mechanism for the dampening (silent system). The special metallic guides are invisible because hidden under the bottom and guarantee a sliding and fluent movement.

1. The pendant storage units can be easily used to create hanging bookcases.

2.  The containing beds are equipped with wooden beech nets with slats 10 mm thick, lodged in slat-holders.
The second extractible bed is provided with a mattress featuring the same sizes of the first one. This guarantees an alignment of the two beds when they are used together.

3. The walk-in closet is an original solution able to store things usually difficult to store in a standard  
wardrobe. The system of wardrobes with a sliding door can be combined with hinged door wardrobes (this 
is also available for the walk-in closet).

4. The wardrobes are composed with single elements with endless modularity, modifiable even after the
delivery.

5.    For our furniture we only use panels E1, with a low toxic emission.
The thicknesses used guarantee the utmost reliability and last in time: 8 mm backs , 14 mm drawer structure, 18 mm bases and sides, 22 mm doors and panels, 35 mm shelves, bookcases, desktops and beds.

THE TECHNICAL AND AESTHETICAL SOLUTIONS WE USE ARE THE RESULT OF IN-DEPTH RESEARCHES CARRIED OUT IN A GLOBAL PROJECT. DETAILS ARE NOT RECKONED AS SECONDARY ASPECTS BUT VERY IMPORTANT PARTS OF AN ORGANIC WHOLE THAT HAS TO ASSURE SAFETY, FUNCTIONALITY AND RELIABILITY.

1.    The antidust edges on the base of the wardrobe, the antidust profiles on the doors and the bases with the skirting board of ABS ( antihumidity) protect the wardrobe and their content.

2.    The boiserie feature aluminium profiles used to hang the various equipment and to make the beds and desktops slide on a sturdy and reliable trolley; this can be easily hung and is provided with a safe anti-unhooking system.

3.    The edges of the desktops, of the pending shelves, of the beds and of every element with projecting corners are bordered with 3 mm ABS(with a high quality) rounded with a double horizontal and vertical working in order to eliminate every type of sharp corner.

4.    The built-in aluminium handles, designed and produced by us, can come with the bottom in a wooden colour, made of aluminium or lacquered in the different colours of our set of colours.
Other typologies of available handles: external and “bridge”.

5.    The wheels for the beds feature the support in synthetic material reinforced with glass fibre, the rotating group with ball bearing with double gasket and steel tang. They are covered with grey coloured, antitrace thermoplastic rubber, 85° shore A. The sturdy brake features safety and reliability.

6.    The support of the bridge structure is made of a metal frame, 60 mm high, painted in aluminium colour.
The frame also supports the bunk and the sliding beds.
